West End Walk, in Media, PA, is a new community of 27 townhouses, twins, and renovated twins, including a repurposed 18th century tavern building. A variety of architectural styles are used throughout the community, taking cues from existing neighborhoods of brick townhouses, as well as Victorian Queen Anne and Stick Style frame buildings. WEW is located at the western gateway to Media’s historic downtown, with a commuter rail station, restaurants, and shops within a short walk. North of the site is a conservation preserve, onto which new unit outdoor living spaces are oriented.
