In town, 1930's winterized cottage, stylishly restored AND updated
Attic space was captured to create a generous Living/Dining space with exposed vintage wood ceiling and trusses. Newly decorated in a modern-industrial-island decor, furnishings were selected and purchased by our firm on behalf of the client. Wide maple floors and white-washed wood paneling give the cottage a contemporary sensibility. A Light-filled kitchen with stainless steel appliances and cabinets, wood counters, stone floor, and accordion door to a landscaped granite terrace, lawn, and fire pit area beyond.
