renovation to Forbes College, one of Princeton UNIVERSITY’s residential colleges

A 600 square foot expansion of the existing food servery to broaden student dining options. The expansion contains a new gas fired pizza oven and associated ventilation systems. The existing food servery and kitchen spaces saw significant replacement and reconfiguration of food service and cooking equipment. New cereal and breakfast bars, a build-your-own sandwich station, and new kitchen support facilities were created. Along with the food service portion of the project, the renovations included a large lounge space for informal study and social functions, conversion of a smaller lounge space into a student run café, and significant alterations to a seminar room, including a new state of the art audiovisual presentation system.
