New restaurant in Princeton University's Frist Campus Center. The cafe is modeled on a sustainable and healthy menu, focusing on organic and locally grown products. The design was meant to reinforce the dining model, and was designed under strict sustainable principles. Many of the existing materials, fixtures, and systems were repurposed in the design. New elements included light fixtures made of 100% recycled aluminum, composite countertops, particleboard made of sunflower seed shells, glass tiles containing high recycled content, LED lighting, and numerous low VOC products. The cafe also supports evening entertainment, and the design included a light and sound package, as well as a portable stage.
